Privacy policy

The short version

This website does not ask you for anything. There is no contact form, no account, no newsletter and no payment. If you want to reach us you call, text, or email — and then we have whatever you chose to tell us, the same as any phone call.

What is collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages people actually read. It sets a cookie in your browser and records things like the page you are on, roughly where in the world you are, your device type, and which link brought you here. It also records when someone taps the call, text or email buttons — the tap, not the conversation.

None of that identifies you by name, and we do not try to join it to anything that would. We do not sell it, and nobody but us and Google sees it.

What is not collected

No payment details, ever — this site takes no payments. No forms, so no addresses or phone numbers typed into a page. No advertising pixels, no remarketing tags, no social trackers, no session recording, no heat maps, and no chat widget.

Turning it off

Any browser can block cookies for this site, and most do it per-site in two clicks. Google also publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Nothing on this site stops working if you do either one.

What happens when you call or write

Calls and texts go to the business line and emails go to the address below. We keep what we need to do the work — your address, the machine, what was wrong with it — because that is the job. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not pass your details to anyone else.

Links here that leave this site — Instagram, Facebook, Google — are those companies’ own pages and their own rules apply once you land there.

Asking us about your data

Write to Eliteappliancerepairinc@gmail.com or call (781) 254-7338 and ask. If you want the analytics record of your visit removed, say so — we will need the rough date and we will ask Google to delete it.
